A native of Asi Reddy palli in Chityal mandal, Gopi hails from an agricultural family. His father, Rajanarsu, owns three acres of land. Gopi graduated in electrical engineering from BITS, Narampet, in 2011.

My brother, Tirupathi, who is also an IT professional in Hyderabad, encouraged me. With help from him and my savings, I started off,” he said.
