The Bezawada Bar Association’s call for boycott of courts on Wednesday received good response.
Rajahmundry/ Visakhapatnam/ Vijayawada: AP advocates will abstain from court work on June 30 across the state to protest against Tuesday’s assault on Warangal additional district judge K.V. Narasimhulu while he was on duty by T-advocates.
Condemning the attack on Mr Narasimhulu, and ill-treatment of AP native judicial officers by T-advocates, advocates from across AP called for boycott of court work on Thursday.
The Bezawada Bar Association’s call for boycott of courts on Wednesday received good response. The Visakhapatnam Bar Association too called for a boycott of all courts on Thursday and Friday.
In Hyderabad, AP advocates met Acting Chief Justice of the Hyderabad High Court Justice D.B. Bhosale and sought protection to AP native judicial officers.
